I am never allowed to buy chocolate chips again.
Chocolate chips + almonds, chocolate chip cookies, plain handfuls of chocolate chips... The bag is empty now and I am full.

ReplyDeleteHaha, you are too cute! I have been really, really wanting chocolate lately. I totally made chocolate pancakes for breakfast this morning (the whole-grain kind with flaxseed, of course).
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to have chocolate chips in this house as well. A little handful here and there... now the bag's empty. I SO get that!

Oh, you make me smile. I had the same kind of day but no bag of chocolate chips! I think you probably had more fun:)
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about Lays Baked Potato Chips and those wonderful sundried tomato Wheat Thins. Ate nearly a whole family-sized box of those Wheat Thins today...yeah. I feel your pain.
ReplyDeleteKatie,
ReplyDeleteI can so relate to this. In fact I just blogged on Spark about getting into the bag of chocolate chips. I am glad to see I am not the only one that does that.

Sometimes I can't keep stuff like that around, either. It's weird, if I'm feeling in control of certain aspects of my life, I forget the chocolate chips are there - but when I'm feeling stressed, I have a one-track-mind and keep going for another handful until they're gone, and now not only am I stressed but I have a bellyache.
ReplyDeleteI've been there a million times over, only with white chocolate chips! Those things are like crack to me.
ReplyDeleteYou made me smile. Sometimes it's hard to smile when talking about addictions, but you have the knack!
