Since I’m getting my surgery today, I decided to post this list I put together of 100 things that make me happy. Even reading this list makes me happy! :)
- When my kids are playing nicely together.
- When my husband does housework without me asking him to.
- Wearing a pair of brand new socks.
- Losing weight.
- Wine.
- Having a clean house.
- Getting a massage from my husband.
- Waking up in the middle of the night and realizing I’d only been asleep for an hour or so—which means I have a LOT longer to sleep!
- Knitting.
- Completing a project that I’ve started.
- Autumn.
- Spending time with my siblings.
- Chatting over wine or coffee with my girlfriends.
- Watching my favorite TV shows.
- Wearing fleece pajamas when it’s cold outside.
- Reading a book that’s so good I can’t put it down.
- Cooking (as long as I’m not starving when I’m cooking)
