In 2012, I started writing a weekly post called Motivational Monday, which was a post for my readers to share the health and fitness accomplishments they were proud of. They could be anything from running a marathon to walking a mile for the first time; from losing 100 pounds to going binge-free for a whole day; from going a year without sugar to quitting smoking. Basically, these posts were a spot for us to brag about what we accomplished, big or small!
I have since stopped writing new posts for Motivational Monday (I just wasn't getting many submissions anymore), but you can view all of the previous Motivational Monday posts here.
