My weight was at its highest in 2009--I was 253 pounds--and I felt every bit of it. I was only 27 years old, but I had NO energy. I got out of breath from just walking from one room to another in my house. You can read all of the challenges I faced while obese on this list of non-scale victories.

I dropped 125 pounds in 16 months. My weight has gone up and down by as much as 35 pounds since 2010, but I've kept off the majority of the weight. And I've documented all of the ups and downs on my blog. Here are some photos of the milestones I've hit throughout my journey...
