I put 1 1/2 c. steel oats, 6 cups water, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, a handful of dried cranberries in my pressure cooker, and cook them for 18 minutes. When the pressure goes down, I add 2 big diced apples and a handful of walnuts. Stir them in. Makes me 9 morning servings of delicious oatmeal every time!
