It comes out crispy and yummy! I don't like boiled okra. Not sure if you read this whole entry, but I wrote that I need to find something that agrees with my body because it is important to be fueled during my long runs. I never said that my intentions were to drink only water during the marathon, so I'm not sure why you assumed that? You also should be training on your long runs exactly how you plan to fuel the day of the marathon .
