First off, congrats on the four years....Great post! First off, congrats on the four years. The most important takeaway is that whatever you do to lose weight must be a permanent lifestyle change. When I lost my 50 pounds it was through adding exercise and watching what I ate a little bit better. I don't 'diet' now, I just eat smarter. I still eat the same amount of calories for the next meal as I would have had I not binged.
