Generally, I eat the same VOLUME of food that I would normally eat--I just choose higher calorie options. I log ALL of my food, every day of the week. If I don't track, I think I could binge and convince myself it wasn't a binge, so that's dangerous territory. Maybe that will encourage me to stop. But I need to figure out a calorie number that would then qualify as a "binge day". I just completely lose control when I'm not tracking.
