Just something simple that you could print off and put in a binder if you'd want. :)

https://www.etsy.com/listing/730730472/gratitude-journal-self-care-journal?ga_search_query=gratitude&ref=shop_items_search_2Kaylahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10997642486659434205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904256286279591900.post-79479119561523436822020-11-03T13:27:35.698-05:002020-11-03T13:27:35.698-05:00I have done a gratitude journal before and was ama...I have done a gratitude journal before and was amazed at how well it worked. I was in a very dark place and read this book about just writing down 3 things. They could be as simple and mundane as having hot water. I need to start another one. I don't know why I stopped.Debbie Fisher (debbiedee)https://www.blogger.com/profile/01504216412594013717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904256286279591900.post-7101129346005676992020-11-03T09:20:26.742-05:002020-11-03T09:20:26.742-05:00I love these daily prompts for gratitude. They also help to keep the practice fresh and fun. ://s3.amazonaws.com/a.voskamp/BlogFiles/JoyDareCollectionFinalRevision.pdfNicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09286716757141863491noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904256286279591900.post-11526100025207997562020-11-03T07:21:29.263-05:002020-11-03T07:21:29.263-05:00I've kept a gratitude journal for the first ti...I've kept a gratitude journal for the first time this year. I started it in January. It has been really helpful during this pandemic to think of 3 things that I'm grateful for each day. It has really helped me to keep things in perspective and to realize as much as everything sucks right now, I have a lot to be grateful for. It is definitely something I'm going to continue next year. I've done this before and it helps with remembering the good. This year has been a whirlwind, we have to do what we can to feel good. I'm writing the one or two things on a calendar. It can be as simple as a word, a full sentence, or a storyKimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16252425122597656398noreply@blogger.com
