For the past few weeks, I've had several days where I eat 1700 to 1800 calories, and my "high calorie day" hasn't been so cut and dry. So lately, I have been including all seven days in the average calorie count. It doesn't help that my body has serious daily fluctuations of up to 5 lbs so not sure what my "true" weight is at the moment.
