I will write a post about it after I see how these meals work out. This prep was more efficient than the last one, because I knew what to expect. I have been doing an "easy" form of it for a while how - 12 hour eating window, 12 hour fasting. I think it has helped my sleep since I don't go to bed with food in my stomach, but I'd like to try a longer window to see if it helps with my weight.
