Daily Themes

In September 2017, after making some changes on my blog, I decided to start blogging with a theme each day. Since I wasn't going to be writing about just one topic, I created a little alliteration topic to stick to during the week. Here is the schedule:

Mental Health Monday:
On Mondays, I'll write about a topic related to mental health--my newly diagnosed bipolar disorder, years of depression and anxiety. But it's not all so serious! I will also write posts about confidence, self-image, and other things that affect us mentally.

Tasty Tuesday:
On Tuesdays, I simply share a recipe. It may be an old favorite, or something new I tried that week. Some are recipes that I've created myself; others are from various sources; but most are recipes that I altered to my liking.

Weight Loss Wednesday:
On Wednesdays, I've always done an "official" weigh-in, dating back to August of 2009. In addition to posting my weigh in, I will choose a topic each week relating to weight loss.

Thrifty Thursday:
On Thursdays, I write about paying down our credit card debt (or other money matters). We are working our hardest to pay off our credit cards, followed by our car and house!

Family Friday:
On Fridays, I write about all the goings-on in the Foster household, or just what I've been up to lately on a personal level.

Wacky Weekend:
Basically any grab bag of random things that I feel like talking about on the weekend. I may or may not write on the weekends, depending on what I have to say (if anything).
