I can definitely see how you could burn a ton of calories doing it. <br /><br />With kettlebells, it is typically recommended to lift a very heavy weight. I wouldn't think they'd burn as much as running unless you did them very intensely, but who knows. I couldn't imagine having 1200 calories every day.
