May ...You motivated me with the monthly challenges! May I cut out sweets (never thought I could do that). June was to plank for at least 1 minute every day. Made it all but one day. For July I thought about cutting out alcohol, decided that was too much for a summer month and decided to cut out bread. I figure if I could cut out sweets for a month I can do anything.
