I tried in my last HM to sub-2 but stitch intervened and I lost those oh so precious minutes ending in 2:04. I know that a long time ago, WW had said it was OK to go with calories/100 - but then when they changed the program 2 years ago, the would not commit to that figure and said that you had to use the WW conversion.
