So, it's totally fine to reduce your speed on the treadmill, even if it means your heart rate is lower than when you run outside. I actually like that I can run faster on the treadmill without my heart rate getting too high--it's almost like doing Katie Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04733849582309631730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904256286279591900.post-41520318182029585392017-01-23T10:20:22.315-05:002017-01-23T10:20:22.315-05:00It's called the iTek scale and the app is just...It's called the iTek scale and the app is just the iTek Health Scale. My husband got it at Home Depot (super random, I know lol) on Black Friday so I'm sure it was just one of those random things they carry specifically for Black Friday. But I love it! I find that I have to increase my pace so much more than the outdoors. As a result I'm getting a stitch, and the run is generally unbearable. I only use the gym when it's seriously hot outside (I live in Australia) or if I'm there already for some strength training etc. Any suggestions would be amazing!Kel O'Brienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08942483666280869002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904256286279591900.post-58379720715800015252017-01-21T01:31:21.320-05:002017-01-21T01:31:21.320-05:00Is it a withings scale? My hubby surprised me with a digital scale he scored on a great deal on with Black Friday sales. It connects to my phone with an app and keeps track of my weight for me plus BMI and body fat percentage. I was geeking out over it lol. I know most people might be offended by getting a scale as a gift but he knows me well! It helps a lot when you know you're going to be eating at a specific time--you can "see the finish line" until you eat again, so it doesn't feel so urgent to snack and stay full all the time. I like to be hungry when I eat (because food tastes better!) and I haven't let myself get hungry very much over the last few months. Yesterday, I ate at my scheduled times, andKatie Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04733849582309631730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904256286279591900.post-75631960002686134002017-01-20T09:00:48.986-05:002017-01-20T09:00:48.986-05:00I wish I had an answer for you! I would even be happy staying this current size, if I knew I would be the same size in a year! ;) I've finally accepted that I just have a big weight range, and even though it's not ideal, I make the most of it. I have clothes ranging from size 2 to size 10Katie Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04733849582309631730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904256286279591900.post-74683848939203469932017-01-20T07:13:28.408-05:002017-01-20T07:13:28.408-05:00So sorry about both scales. I actually learned that trick from your blog when you were being so successful!
